The people are great. But, loading is slow.
Super friendly folks! I had my final delivery here on a two stop out of California, was also supposed to pick up a load here after I got empty but I don't get my P/U numbers till I put in my empty call.
Need your entire history to check in. Drivers license, Truck and trailer registration. Cargo insurance certificate. Brokers name and address. Then they take your picture and fingerprint. Arrived at 7:05 am for 9am appointment. Was informed the order wasn't ready. Almost 10am now, still waiting on a phone call to back in. Typical small ass cold storage. Waste your whole day at this place.
Lesson learned? You bet.....stay away....far, far away.
I made them aware that I would be loading there also, and where the load was going when I checked in. When the unloader came out he said he was finished, I told him I needed to stay in the dock because I was also there to pick up a load.

I've been here 3 hrs, company said that they would work me in. Well I've seen 3 trucks back into docks since I've been here. Not due to dock space just lazy unless workers, why do more than needed. I would really hate to see these people get busy they probably lose there mind. As long as you work as driver for the company your in and out. Don't get here early,they won't call you until app time as I'm finding out. Never come here again, never . joy for me have to get unloaded and reloaded with same product wtf,she told me they have to check product well that should take another five hours . it's now 1300 my app time,I hope they got their nap in by now. I did,good thing I parked at Walmart didn't have to start clock,a lot of detention pay today...
Worse than Wal-Mart! 9.5hrs to get loaded! I'll never be back!
Unloaded, and reloaded in less than two hours!
