I rented a storage unit here in May 2013. Over the summer, several area storage units were burglarized, including a number of units in this complex. I received no notification of these thefts until I went to access my storage unit and discovered it had also been broken into. Recently, I received notice that my payments have not been received and that my property is about to be liquidated.
I would have appreciated ANY contact from the management. I received a call when my first month's payment was coming due, since the manager had lost my credit card number. After that, I have had no contact. Also, trying to get a hold of anyone in the office is very difficult--I wonder if the contact number listed is even accurate.
I would have preferred to give this business zero stars. Rent from someone else!
