A big Thank You to Jarrell and Cassie(manager) my first time in there and that whole group looks like they are having fun by there smile and professional way they handle the customers. I was very impressed I got my phone from the store in GI and they were rude and said I would have problems fixing my phone. So I drove back to Hastings they were shocked how I got treated I felt more comfortable at the Hastings location and now my phone is fixed. I found a new home to go to and people I trust. Thanks again guys.
I would choose this location over a corporate store any day of the week! The entire store is so friendly and everyone seems to be having a good time while working. They greet you upon arrival and you receive superb customer assistance! Keep up the great work
It's on my phone shows up on a Monday I get a message saying that my phone's been delivered and I couldn't make to the store that day because I live 40 minutes from the store. Never called me to tell me that that it was there like they said they were going to. Then I told him how I could activate my phone by myself but the guy says well we got to turn it on and blah blah blah so they take the SIM card out of my phone puts it in that one turn it on turn it back off and turned my phone back on. Right on the screen of my new phone it says 4G LTE SIM card pre-installed. But the dude at the store says I don't need it and basically takes out of the phone and I discovered it while I'm driving down the interstate I calling to ask why it's not in the phone they said well you can turn around now and come back and get it if you want it that is the most ridiculous freaking thing I have ever heard expect me to turn around and drive 20 miles back to the store to get the SIM card that was supposed to be in it I'm so freaking tired of this store avoid this store if you have to

So ordered a new phone. Told me it would be in on the 10th. I show up expecting to pick it up. They tell me they don't know where that it's at. So they finally figure out that the phone hasn't even been shipped yet because they messed the paperwork up now I got to wait another 4 days to pick up my phone.
