Great experience--thorough, professional and friendly service at a very reasonable cost. I sincerely appreciated the opportunity provided to arrange my appointment on relatively short notice. All personnel were very much customer-oriented making my recent experience very enjoyable.
Let me tell you what a rip off these people are. My handicap son has these people tow in his Taurus and get it checked out. The car had been sitting for two years. They said he needed a battery, serpitime belt, fuel filter and a water pump. Maybe it needed all that but I'm not sure. So they replaced the battery, fuel filter, and belts. This is what they charged, battery $200 plus $15 for battery terminals and $40.00 INSTALATION 40 BUCKS TO INSTALL A BATTERY??? COME ON $300 FIR A BATTERY? Next is the inline fuel filter available for less than $5 anywhere. They charged $30.00 for the filter and labor of $41 to loosen two screw clamps and switch out the filter and tighten the two screws again. Absolute RIPP OFF charging $70 for a fuel filter. The list goes on. $100 FOR TWO BELTS AND $130 TO INSTALL THEM. THIS place is a scam and I would never recommend it to anyone. They wanted another $400 for a water pump. $400 FOR A TAURUS WATER PUMP, WHAT A RIPP OFF!!
I am constantly in and out of the office and my work hours vary so it's very hard for me to get my car in to the shop. Pat's Auto will come to the office pick up my can and deliver it when done. They save me time and money. Thanks for all your hard work.
