Thank you Eldon's - thank you Andy! Our son attends Hastings College, we live in California. Our son's car was having an intermittent problem starting and was running very rough. It is so difficult being 1,500 miles away and not being able to help your kid and worrying that you are going to be ripped off! Thank God we found Eldon's! They were able to diagnose the problem, they helped us get approval for coverage with the warranty company (after Andy made multiple calls to the warranty company explaining the necessary repairs and parts because the original warranty rep said they wouldn't cover the repair to begin with) AND, they let our kid pick his car up before we even paid them for our part of the repair! That's how we knew they weren't in CA! They were patient with worried parents, went out of the way with customer service and they were trustworthy. Eldon's and Andy were THE BEST! and Josh was nice too! If you have a child who attends Hastings College and needs auto repair work GO TO ELDON'S! Thanks again Andy and Eldon's - it almost makes us want to need another auto repair!
Great customer service! Josh is a natural when it comes to diagnosing problems and will save you from throwing parts at your car trying to fix an issue. He is thorough and usually very quick.
