So far my experience has been very poor, they have a great parts guy, but can't say that for thier service. bought extended warranty on new truck, so had to have dealership do the work, they told me could not get in until a week from Monday 11 am appointment. I use this truck to run my business every day, now already 8 days I cannot use. I live 30 minutes from the dealership. Took it in early, left it there all day at 4:20 pm still hadn't even got it in. Why wait a whole week? Why 11appointment? Appointments appear to mean nothing, had it not been under warranty I would have fixed it myself and very confident it would have taken no longer than 1 hr. Just totally rediculous, will never recommend making an appointment there to anyone.
Bought 2 used trucks from there, an 87 Dodge when I was in high school, and a 97 Ford about 3 or 4 years ago. Friendly no pressure salesmen, good service, and valuable coupons in the mail after purchase. I highly recommend!
