Don't listen when they tell you they have done work you requested on your vehicle before purchase. Make them put it in writing or bring it elsewhere to guarantee it happens.

Very rude sales guy! I thought customer service was #1 in the sales business. Did business with them in the past. Never again! Maybe hire sales people that understand a paying customer is their paycheck!

Bought a new cars here in 2014 salesman was great, service not so much would not repurchase if I had to do it over again.
After I test drove the truck I ended up buying, I asked them to have it aligned, and asked about replacing the front tires, as I could see wear on the outsides of them. They said they did the alignment and the tires were fine. Turns out, one of the tie rods was bent, so it was impossible that it had actually been aligned. They assured me it was aligned and the front tires were fine just so I'd buy it. It wasn't, and they weren't. Now I have to replace the front tires because of the lack of alignment (that I was told was performed) after having the truck for only two months.
