Very nice place to live
It's a trailer park.
Because of this DUMP, Hastings has a 25mph zone on a 55mph county road. With LEOs sitting here like rabid dogs to collect revenue. If you get cited speeding inf ront of this place, sue the owners here, they should pay for your citations, not you. I've never ONCE seen a person walking along this road unless they are drunk or coked out.The county shouldn't slow drivers down and set up a Speed trap dedicated to this trash heap of a dump. I wish Adams county would close this lot down. I dread having to do business work in this area because of this zone.
It could have been better, but I expect a lot if it's costing me money!
