I had a package tracked to UPS center and out for delivery at 7:10am 12hours later I am still waiting and I'm less than 1 mile from distribution center. Not the first time this has happened who ever is running dispatch if there is a dispatcher needs replaced.This is crap !
Paid $80 for next day air shipping only for the package to be lost. I called customer service multiple time and no one has an answer. I also had a package from Fedex that actually was delivered early in the day and that help me come to the decision to never use UPS again in this ‘land before time’ town again!!!!
Store is only open for a short time for customer disputes. I Had a very time sensitive packaged going through UPS on a very special order, and somehow they lost the order. They spent the whole day having to track down the driver.
