First time purchase. Ordered on 9/06 received a partial shipment on 9/20. Not so sure about the "fast free service" commitment. Called on 9/27 regarding the missing item. On hold for 10 minuted before a very unapologetic customer service rep investigated my missing item. Promptly returned my call only to say shipping neglected to send the second item of which I am completely out of. Fortunately for my horse the missing item was not prescription. They did offer to send it out two day air. Hopefully I will have it by days end Friday. My advice is, step up your game if you plan on being successful in this very competitive market. Some times you only get one shot at keeping a customer. How you deliver customer service is the only way to redeem yourself. Try this next time you have a dissatisfied customer: I'M SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, AND WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN DOING OUR BEST TO KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND REASSURE YOU THAT HVS WILL CONTINUE TO PUT IT'S BEST EFFORT IN RECTIFYING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. painless...
Have had WONDERFUL customer service from Trinka and another rep when I called and had to order something to be delivered 2nd day air but couldn't make the website do that. Follow up by email was great & price for my product was deeply discounted over what my vet could offer. Loyal customer here so far!
They had my order since September 18th. It took me several calls to figure out they had the wrong fax number for my vet. After that got fixed the order still did not ship. Several emails later still no response. It took 10 min to get somebody on the phone. Still have not received prescription from vet. Finally canceled the order. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company.
I have had nothing but trouble getting my standing prescriptions filled. They promise delievry in 3 to 7 days, but it generally takes at least twice that long, and even then, it takes multiple phone calls to get any action.
This is a poorly run company that shows NO INTEREST IN RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS. EVER!!!
I was very impressed by the customer service representative. She went the extra mile to help me get my dog's medication. The prices are outstanding. The medication was shipped quickly. If you have had difficulty before, you should give them another try. They have revamped their customer service.
