I will never return and will never recommend this hotel. I understand that its only $59 a night so it wasn't going to be the best/cleanest but the room had dirt all along the baseboards and above the shower, there were multiple stains on one of the chairs, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and all of the metal holders and shower head were rusted out. The maid service came at 8:30 and we told him to come back since we were still waking up. We got back to our room that night and the maid service never came back. So no new towels, no new sheets and the trash still full. My wife called the next morning to have towels sent up and the lady said that no housekeeper was there so my wife would have to come down and get them.. When I checked out I asked for a refund and the lady got defensive and said that they have 100% satisfaction from all customers. When I said that we didn't have that, she said that was our problem. Terrible service and I feel bad for anyone who has the unfortunate pleasure of staying there.
Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly, competent staff. I've stayed at this hotel many times and will do so, again - GREAT VALUE.
The staff was very friendly & rooms were clean. When we checked in our room keys didn't work, nor did the TV, but they fixed them right away. There was a crack in the middle of the bathtub that was taped up, but again bathroom was clean. If you're looking for a no frills, clean hotel at a reasonable price, this would do.
Friendly staff. We originally were going to book at another hotel but they were full. Accommodating for a walk in reservation. Room was a little small, but clean and comfy. Our room had two queen beds, even though we only needed one (which was fine, more space), a television, microwave and mini fridge. The air conditioner was a little loud and the toilet needed to hold down the handle to flush properly. Also, there was only 1 outlet by the beds to charge our phones. But other than that, it was great for the money ! They also offer a military discount which was very nice of them.
It was clean, quiet and had a small but warm breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
