We had our homeowners and auto insurance policies through Greg at Allstate. The insurance itself wasn't bad, but the service we received from Greg was terrible. The one time I called to find out how to handle having our roof looked at after having hail (I called once, when we received hail multiple times in the time frame we had our insurance here) he laughed at me. Talk about unprofessional. These was never any apology for how he handled our request. We won't be recommending this office to anyone.
