And on top of all of that, their facility is always clean and their pool is the best and cleanest physical therapy pool I've ever been in.

I have had a total of 5 knee surgeries now and have done physical therapy at several different places throughout those times in Omaha and Hastings. Hastings Physical Therapy was by far the best experience I've had due to awesome, intelligent therapists. I worked with many different people on staff and they were all awesome to work with because they educate themselves on the type of rehab each procedure requires so they can push you in the right way. Believe it or not, that's not the case everywhere. I really appreciated that they are open about the goals of exercises and explain what you should be feeling/gaining from it. They have a wide range of machines and tools so there are options for targeting a muscle group if one option doesn't work.
