Bob Sass does a great job with their flower arrangements. They use some unusual flowers to make their bouquets visually interesting which I really like. They are a little bit pricey however.
Great customer service. I ordered a plant for a funeral at 4:30 and even though they close at 5, they told me it would be delivered yet today.
We have ordered flowers from Bob Sass Florists twice so far and have been very pleased both times. The first was when mom was in the hospital. They were so helpful! We knew what we wanted and they put together the exact arrangement as described. They used african violets, one of her favorite flowers, and added a bird nest. It is alive, bigger and more beautiful then ever a year later. We then ordered flowers for a nephew/cousin funeral. They did not have what we thought we wanted, however they described a beautiful arrangement of tulips and hyacinth and it was better than we could have ever imagined!! We called directly to the store and found them pleasant, helpful and reasonable. We are glad to be able to support a local florist even though half of the family lives out of state now.
