Yeah I didn't have the best appt a short-while back either. Since I can no longer manage my reviews here on G+, I would have normally taken it down. This office spends too much time wanting to sedate you, and not explore the fact that some people gain resistance to these new dental numbing agents. I've had numerous amounts of work done throughout my life for oral work, and likewise the new stuff souley relies on your body's defense mechanisms to numb itself up, aka the ungodly amounts of Epinephrine dentists now pump into a body to trip your adrenaline glands. It's nice having AFS problems now in your life because of it. They don't take into account for the LONG TERM effects, just short-term solutions. Not happy at all. This office especially insists on drugging you up and not adapting to the situation. The ADA has been a let-down for years now.
Set up the appointment showed up early, hygienists were ok but the actual dentist was horrible. I told them before making the appointment I have anxiety attacks and as soon as he stuck the needle in i cried a small amount nothing obnoxious and he said he was done and refused to extract two teeth. Said they didn't want a bad review so they would not proceed. Do not recommend this place if you ever let one tear drop. Absolutely ridiculous.
Great staff. They did a wonderful job removing my wisdom teeth. Would definitely recommend.
Horrible and rude staff.
The staff is ridiculously insulting and rude. I was treated like subhuman trash and I know another person who was refused service over a broken jaw. Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt, avoid this place!
