I'm sorry but when you have a heartbroken 10 year old in your chair on the verge of tears...common sense and compassion tell you to not say those things in front of her that crush her hopes even more of ever having the kind of hair she dreams of. And then making the mother "not pay full price" for a treatment that she even said "it's just like the treatment did nothing." So what was she paying for? I understand it took hours and supplies that cost money. But one rule of GOOD customer service is that sometimes you have to take a hit to keep loyal clients and show them that you care about their satisfaction. I'm just heartbroken for my niece and hope that someday we can find something that works. And find someone that will be a little more sensitive to her feelings.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible horrible customer service. I understand with hair things don't always turn out the way you expect. That's a given and it's not the stylists fault. But what IS their fault is how they handle it. My 10 year old African American neice got a treatment that was supposed to make her hair soft and smooth. A treatment that's over $200. The treatment did nothing. My niece was in tears with disappointment. The stylist made it worse by saying in front of her how damaged her hair is and "I don't think anything will
